We respect your right to control your personal data. If you have registered an account or submitted an admission application through the Falahe Darain mobile app or web portal and wish to delete your account and associated information, you can submit a request below.

How to Delete Your Account from the Mobile App
If you have the Falahe Darain mobile app installed on your smartphone:
- Open the Falahe Darain mobile application.
- Go to your Profile or Settings menu.
- Select Account & Privacy.
- Tap Request Account Deletion and confirm your choice.
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you do not need to reinstall it. Simply use the online request form above.
What is Deleted
- Your student account login credentials, username, and password.
- Contact information (email address, phone numbers, home address).
- Draft admission forms and unsubmitted applications.
- Temporary examination audio recordings and uploaded identification scans.
What is Retained
- Conferred Academic Degrees & Sanads: Official institutional graduation records are retained permanently for educational credential verification.
- Fee & Donation Receipts: Retained in financial records as required by statutory audit laws.
Processing Timeline
Upon receiving your request, our administration will verify your details and process the deletion within 15 to 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the process has been completed.
