These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Student”, “Parent/Guardian”) and Darul Uloom Falah-e-Darain(“we”, “us”, or “our”), located in Tadkeshwar, District Surat, Gujarat, India.

By accessing or using our official website (falahedarain1964.com) or our official mobile application Falahe Darain, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or mobile application.

2. Institutional Purpose & Scope

Darul Uloom Falah-e-Darain provides traditional and contemporary Islamic educational programs, including Hifz-ul-Quran, Qira’at, Alimiyyah, and allied Islamic courses. Our web portal and mobile application are designed to streamline student admissions, curricular announcements, result access, publications, and administrative communications.

3. Account Registration & Security

• Account Accuracy: When registering for admissions or creating an account, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal and academic information.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must promptly notify the administrative office of any suspected breach or unauthorized access to your account.
• Minor Students: Registration for students under the age of 18 must be conducted with the explicit knowledge and consent of their parent or legal guardian.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using our web portal and mobile application, you agree NOT to:

• Submit fraudulent, forged, or altered identity documents or academic transcripts.
• Disrupt, tamper with, or compromise the security, integrity, or availability of our servers and networks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our mobile application or web portal.
• Use the platform for any unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or harmful purpose contrary to institutional discipline.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials available through our platforms—including syllabus guides, educational publications, audio recordings, institutional crests, logos, and digital software—are the intellectual property of Darul Uloom Falah-e-Darain or respective rights holders. You may download materials strictly for personal, non-commercial educational study.

6. Mobile Application License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Falahe Darain mobile app on your Android device solely for personal educational and informational purposes.

7. Admission Decisions & Institutional Discretion

Submission of an admission application or entrance test registration does not guarantee admission. Admission decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Academic Council of Darul Uloom Falah-e-Darain based on merit, test results, and seat availability.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Our website and mobile app are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we strive for continuous availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darul Uloom Falah-e-Darain shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising out of your access or inability to access the digital services.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
